I always have trouble with grading, but when coins appear to be cleaned as these do, I give up entirely:

Now I'm no expert at this, but I think they are F all around.

Poorly struck versions of these coins are common. Still I'd say all are no better than F. I'd be tempted to go higher on the 15 kopeck, but it has a significant rim ding and contact marks on the reverse.

Thank you both. I'm trying to expand my Russian section but find that good clean strikes cost more than I was expecting.
