(I apparently have too much time on my hands!!) Here's a new code to break!! It's a monetary related quote. You may guess as much as you wish. You may ask questions concerning the quote, the quoter, the historical period of the quote, the method of encoding, the length of the quote, etc. In order to win this contest, you must have 50 Quality Posts on this Forum. You may play with less than 50 Quality Posts but you may not win unless you have 50. (So if you have less than 50 posts, get busy on other areas of this Forum. THIS area does not count towards Quality posts!!) I will offer hints periodically, sometimes helpful, at times obscure, but always towards the goal of someone breaking this quote!! OK, I'll start this: Does the name of the quoter have six letters in his/her first name and five letters in his/her last name? For example: Robert Frost or George Burns?

Am I right in my conjecture that, say, 2LBS = 4G ?

Quote: Does the name of the quoter have six letters in his/her first name and five letters in his/her last name? Normally in a quoted statement the last two words are the quoter's name. If this were true in this case, the quoter's name would have six letters in his/her first name and five letters in his/her last name.

Quote: Am I right in my conjecture that, say, 2LBS = 4G ? No. That is not a correct assumption. I'm sorry.

Quote: Is the quoter still walking the earth or is he/she pushing up daises, 6' under? I believe the quoter is no longer with us. Quote: I am assuming the language is English. Is this correct? The original quote is in English.
