It is the one I thought in the other thread goodstufftoo.

The letters can be hard to read so I have highlighted them. Roman 'A's often look like 'H's and they did not have 'U's or 'J's in their alphabet so 'V's and 'I's were used instead.
Your coin is:
Julian IIDN FL CL IVLI-ANVS NOB C - Emperor right, bare-headed, draped, cuirassed.
SPES REI-PVBLICE - Emperor, helmeted and in military dress, standing left holding globe and spear.
SMKGamma - Minted in Cyzicus (Turkey) between 355-361AD. RIC VIII Cyzicus 118.
'
DN' stands for Dominus Noster or 'Our Lord'.
'
FL CL' for Flavius Claudius more of Julians name.
'
NOB C' for Noble Caesar as he was not Emperor when this coin was struck.
'
SPES REIPVBLICE' I think this means something like 'hope of the republic' but not 100% sure.
