Thanks for the help everyone. I have taken the coin out but can't make out the front left side. On the right it looks like HNVSMOB and not sure if there is another letter which looks like a sideways S.

The letters can be hard to read so I have highlighted them. Roman 'A's often look like 'H's and they did not have 'U's or 'J's in their alphabet so 'V's and 'I's were used instead.

Your coin is:

Julian II
DN FL CL IVLI-ANVS NOB C - Emperor right, bare-headed, draped, cuirassed.
SPES REI-PVBLICE - Emperor, helmeted and in military dress, standing left holding globe and spear.
SMKGamma - Minted in Cyzicus (Turkey) between 355-361AD. RIC VIII Cyzicus 118.

'DN' stands for Dominus Noster or 'Our Lord'.
'FL CL' for Flavius Claudius more of Julians name.
'NOB C' for Noble Caesar as he was not Emperor when this coin was struck.
'SPES REIPVBLICE' I think this means something like 'hope of the republic' but not 100% sure.
