I've never seen a rose with this type of tarnish look is this a Greaser or maybe something else I couldn't find any similar on the net thanks

Definitely not a Greaser. That is just some weird toning and wear.

A Greaser is a coin that was minted from a die(s) with grease on it that would not show the detail on the coin, since that part of the die was filled with grease. Hence no impression to be made on the coin.
