Hi, I recently bought a ms 69 coin off ebay.

American-Eagle-Grading?

There is a very visible line across the top part of the A in STATES.
Wondering if this still counts as a ms 69?

The first pic is actually clearer but I don't see the mark you mention. If it is a single mark on the coin it could be the reason for the downgrade to a 69.

I always thought a downgrade from 70 to 69 is a few more scratches under a microscope.
The cut in this one is visible from the top part of the A, there's a deep cut on it.
