Reed Error On A Dime

I found a 2006 P dime with a reed error and I am curious about it.
(the middle dime in the picture has the error)
there are 2 places that are directly opposite each other where one reed seems to be filled in or missing. It doesn't look like there was any PMD that moved the material to this position.. it looks like it was born that way. Has anyone seen this sort of error before?

Nice find, not too many people check the third side that thoroughly. Filled reeding would have been caused by a broken reeding tooth on the collar die.

Interesting. I wonder if it is common to have 2 breaks exactly opposite each other.
