Malaysia-5-Sen-2010---Die-Gouge-?

Hi everyone. Need help here, quite confused. :)

Shown above is a 5 sen coin from Malaysia, second series dated 2010.

Obverse on the left shown the traditional Malay spin top. On the right of the top spin in the middle, there's seem an extra metal there in the shape of water droplet. :D

What is the accurate term to associate with this type of error? Die gouge, die crack, ..
