I've bought two large dealer lots from these guys. They will contact the highest bidder if the reserve is not met and negotiate from there... The first lot I bought had been cherry picked like crazy, but they more than made it up to me with the second lot. Those two lots(and one other) were my base stock for really getting into the collecting hobby/OBSESSION!...
