Does anyone have a Colombia Silver 10 Centavos from between the 20's and the 50's?

They should be either KM #196 or KM #207 (I think)

I'm looking to add one of these to my collection and I'm getting mixed messages as to their ACTUAL size. Krause lists them as 18mm and other official sources do the same. While other unofficial sources list them as 18.4mm and 18.5mm

What I am trying to figure out is if there is a REAL difference in the size between the two series. (I'm looking for exactly 18mm, exactly dime sized.)

Thanks!
