1991 that has a extra p mintmark located on the left side almost touching the first 9 in 1991,its kinda filled in but definately a p :-) has anyone found one or heard of one like this,im trying to get a better pic of it to post but I'm not good photographing coins

Im going to guess it's actually a die chip.

It cannot be a mintmark since hand application ended in 1989 and all 1990 and newer coins have the mintmark on the hub that makes the dies, there is no chance to add an extra mintmark. What it is, I do not know as your pictures is not clear enough. It could be remnants of a die clash or a small die dent but closer pictures of that area would be needed to specifically determine what it is.
