Found 4 of these. Why would someone open the mint sets and put these in circulation. Any value assigned to Them?

The Satin Finish Mint Set issues were bronze as well but they have a lower mintage than the bronze Proofs. If they are truly bronze and weigh 3.1 grams, they could have only come from a Mint Set.
