hi! we've got two of the barber series dime's, one from 1907, and the other from 1908. the two coin's look good, only thing is the 1908 is in alot worse condition(worse when comparing the two). the 1907 coin seems to be in extra fine condition, you can clearly read the liberty in the headband, and every detail seems to be crisp. I took a few glance's at the photos and it doesn't seem to comeup as well as if you were to look at the coin in real life. ill let you guys be the judge. how do these look? what's a value you guys think would be suitable for these two coins? also what would you grade these little guys in tyour opinion. also what should I absolutly know when taking these to sell, weather online or in person to a dealer in the area? thank you all very much in advance, my fiance and I greatly appreciate all the usuful knowlege!! (:(:(:

Looks to be around VF. 1907 is a common date, so it is worth $5-10.

baer2ymcmb, fyi there is actually a grading section in this forum... look at the top, you might get more attention there.

http://numismedia.com/fmv/fmv.shtml is a good place to check for the values of your coins. But just keep in mind these prices may not reflect short term market trends.

This picture has a good bit of glare which you want to try to avoid if you can. I attached a picture you gave us from one of your other threads - try to do them like this. It has less glare so details are easier to see. It's hard to evaluate coins accurately with the glare and you may also get less bidding on any auctions you list online, if you were to use these pictures.

Can you do them like this one?

And another fyi, if you have a lot of coins you could consider giving them to Heritage and they will sell them for you. A lot less to think about if you're not really interested in coins and this is all a hassle for you.
