Your note is definately a form of J12d. The type comes with a variety of different overprints using one or more letters, characters or numbers, sometimes within a box. I'm not sure what the exact purpose of these overprints is but it may have been to mark either a place of issue; a specific branch or sub branch of the Bank, or another official issuer? Or possibly some form of anti-forgery measure as the Nationalists apparently counterfeited many CRBC notes.
