1940 10 Yuan China J12 With "A" Overprint?

Got this note in a collection. Tried to find it without any success. This note has black signatures on the back. The "A" overprint is on the obverse and reverse. The only overprints I could find any pictures of were J12d and the Kwangtung. I'm pretty sure these aren't s1-s4, as this note is very circulated. Any help would be appreciated.

Attached is a link to an article featuring WWII Allied Propaganda Banknotes. Although it is not explained why your note has the "A" overprint it has an interesting explanation of the design of the border of the 1940 10 Yuan banknote.

Your note is definately a form of J12d. The type comes with a variety of different overprints using one or more letters, characters or numbers, sometimes within a box. I'm not sure what the exact purpose of these overprints is but it may have been to mark either a place of issue; a specific branch or sub branch of the Bank, or another official issuer? Or possibly some form of anti-forgery measure as the Nationalists apparently counterfeited many CRBC notes.
