Missing clad layers are certainly recognized errors but since every error is unique, you cannot catalog them. The weight is correct, I have one that is missing >90% of the reverse clad layer and it weighs 4.64 grams. Value depends on condition, examples with Red copper are the most desirable and State Quarter errors are always more popular than a random date Washington.
