Wow. This is a VERY nice looking Toonie.
I've never liked the look of the Toonie much. Even with commemoratives the ring tended to be underused and dwarf the core. But, with this the core pops out bold and the ring is AMAZING.
Finally, we have a Toonie that uses the two parts to good effect. Even the new laser etchings are different, with the maple leaves slightly rotated.
The mint should learn from this and update the regular design.

Placed my order for 3 sets. wish I saw the letter option, owell next time. I agree it looks like one of the best looking toonies I've seen.
