Hi all picked this token for 10 sticks of powder from Hiawatha Utah in a job lot of coins and junk at my local auction rooms .. I cannot find it in Krauses US tokens 1700-1900 anyone know anything about them .. thanks

I know nothing about it but any trade token redeemable for dynamite is pretty cool in my book

I used to make home made and very powerful expolsives as a young adult. I survived. Gave that idea away for good when I married. I have acted more responsibly since then. Numismatics is safer.

The nearest I have to what goes bang since then was on an Army demolition training range when I was in a bunker and 500 pounds of old munitions was made to go bang. The shock wave hits you like a sledge hammer.
