1974 D JFK MD Reverse? Strange, Need Help!

Hi All,
This is the second JFK I came across today with questions.
At first it appears to be Machine Doubling, maybe normal for early JFK's. On closer look, there is a large offset, although still bench like on left eagle wing. And "CA" in AMERICA look as though die caught on them. First A is offset to the west, second A id offset to the East. Can't figure this out. Any help would be great!
