I would say nice Cameo proof. Can't tell if it has haze on the right on lower portion of both
sides the coin and if those are flaws above the motto and others areas. Need better straight on photos.

I am attempting to get better pics, but the mirror background really messes with lighting, am trying several different avenues. Stand by.

Looks to be PF-68 or even PF-69 very nice coin

(haze might drop it a notch or too if that's not just a photographic artifact)

Ok I give up getting a better picture, it is not happening. The haze I think everyone is looking at is lighting. I believe it could go for at least a PF-68. Thanks everyone.
