I have two collections of new coins, with case, 1 silver dollar from 1997 to 2010 included (I do not have the years 1998 and 2002). I live in Spain, I have no need to sell urgently. What do recommend me to sell? To sell each collection at once? To sell the coins as quoted separately? This option is not very attractive to me, I have no time.

In fact you could sell all of them as a lot on ebay for example, but by experience, I can tell you that separately they will sell at a higher price. Coins alone by themselves tend to sell at a higher price :)

You will most likely get more money for selling them individually. More people have the money available to buy a single coin than an entire set and some people are only looking for specific coins so don't want to buy an entire set. But it takes significantly more time so you have to decide whether the extra money is worth it to you or not. Maybe consider getting an established seller to sell it for you on consignment or just take it to a dealer?

The only high value ones (IE good chance to sell for $100+ CDN) in this date range are:
1997 Flying Loon - 10th Anniversary of the Loonie
2002 The Queen Mother
2005 40th Anniversary of the Canadian Flag Coloured Enamelled
2006 Medal of Bravery Coloured Enamelled
2007 Thayendanegea (1742-1807) Limited Edition Colourized Enamel Effect
2008 Poppy Limited Edition Ultra High Relief
2009 100th Anniversary of the Montreal Canadiens
2010 The Sun (Vancouver Olympics)
2010 Selectively Colourised Poppy (1910-2010)
