To be historically accurate:
The government agency which issued these coins was the Austro-Hungarian Empire. They circulated in present day Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Southern Poland [Silesia] and who knows where else!

Took me quite a while to identify mine!

Although the "Austro-Hungarian Empire" is how the world generally perceived it, the two halves of the country (Austria and Hungary, though they were much larger in Imperial days than the countries with those names are today) had separate governments and separate coinages; this coinage is from the "Austrian" half.
