Hello Everyone,

Just opened a 1958 penny roll that's been sealed over 50 years. Joe posted https://goccf.com/t/53328#53328 about an error on left wheat-stock. I found 5 of these in the roll. How many does it take to classify this as a variety? It's not just a piece of metal, but looks like a large wheat-bud. I call these coins 1958 Wheat-buds!

Thank you
Al

Looks like a nice die chip! That is a common place to find die chips and retained die breaks. Interesting find
