The most amazing one I ever saw was an 40% off-center AU 1854 large cent that it had been done to. And it was in a PCGS slab. Not a genuine slab either, this was before they had the Genuine slabs. It was an error slab though. The coin was supposed to have been bodybagged but it was put into a slab by mistake.
