It appears to be an imitation Chinese coin of the Mongol Khans(c.1230-80).
Da Guan tong bao. Reverse: Ban qian.

The obverse (bottom pic; rotate it 90 degrees clockwise to make it right way up) is the standard inscription of coins of the Da Guan period (1102-1111 AD) of the reign of Song Dynasty emperor Hui Zong. But the two characters on the other side aren't usual for Song Dynasty cash coins. I suspect what you have is a charm, rather than an actual coin.

I agree with sap- the writing style says to me charm, as does the reverse inscription.
