Hey guys, trying to find if there is any books on German currency to help me with my collection, I have found one on coins but can't find anything dedicated to the notes apart from the Krause series, which are good but as I am only really collecting the German notes I would prefer some more information about them. Can anyone recommend anything?

My main issue is I am trying to catalogue my notes but I can't find any info on how to work out where they were minted, unless they are all minted from one mint but again cant find any info that suggests either way. The Krause is good for what years the notes were out but nothing about mints for them.

The coins were easy to set up a catalogue as the mint mark is on them, but would like to now add my notes into the excel spreadsheet I made. Any help anyone can give will be highly appreciated.

Cheers

John

I googled and found
www.atsnotes.com/catalog/ban.../germany.html.

When looking at this site, the useful bits are all below the browser foot so scroll down the page.

There are links to various books on http://www.germanways.com/Deutsch2.1.htm
