One of our members kindly helped me find a counterstamped
Jefferson nickel I have been wanting for a while now. He
did so while asking for nothing in return. I thought about
sending him something anyway, but it would be a blind
gesture as I don't know what he wants or needs. So I am
going to pay it forward. This contest will be open to
anyone, but honestly it is geared to our newbies and/or
youth here... The ones of us that don't have as much yet.
I am even going to give the winner a choice of items. The
winner can pick one of the offerings that best suits them.
Thanks to IndianGoldEagle!

The winner can choose one of the following, free of charge:A: A very pretty 1948-D
Jefferson nickel in BU.
No pic, but it is uncirculated, and has a gorgeous champangne
tone to it, evenly across both sides of the coin.
Great eye appeal! It was my grandfather's coin, and it
would be in my Dansco if it wasn't a duplicate.
This is the one I'd choose, but I wanted to give a choice...
B: A 2003 $1 star note. It has been circulated, but
is actually in decent shape, better than average for
circulated. Still has plenty of 'crisp' to it. No pic.
C: A 1957-A $1 silver cert, star note. Well circulated.
See pic...
D: A transit token. 'Indianapolis Railways'.
Probably from the 1930s? See pic.
