What Year Did They Change The Size Of The Crystal Snowflake?

I know the first year (2007) was around 50 grams but I recently acquired the 2009 and was saddened to learn it was only 31 gr. Was the 2008 also just an ounce, as well? Were any of the following years greater in weight?

From 2008 they brought the mintage up as well as reduced the weight to 1 oz, which is 31 gr unfortunately.
