I just got this Jefferson nickel from a roll and it seems to me like it might be a lamination error, but I'm not too sure. Feedback would be appreciated.

The part right above and on the left part of the Monticello and the 'United S' in United States of America are what I'm looking at

Looks PMD , possibly struck through foreign object. Straight on pics of obverse and reverse would be better.
