My opinions FWIW ...
Lovely well struck example with the bright lustrous surface aesthetic that appeals to my eye.

The scuffs on the reverse are on the PCGS holder and not on the coin ... no worries there.
I would submit this coin to CAC with some confidence ... but John Albanese has not been very kind to my submissions of coins that I was
sure would gain the CAC beanie ...
My CAC track record is 34 of 59 submitted coins (58%) have earned the green beanie ... and I thought every one of them were quality for the grade.

I see nothing in this lovely Norfolk that would hold me back from a fair price purchase ... just be aware that if the CAC beanie is your goal ... they have very high standards.
Willing to post a photo of my PCGS MS67/CAC Norfolk if the comparison helps you ... it looks a lot like the example in your photos.
