They're here. It's a bit ironic, I just got my El Yunque roll yesterday. I wish I had waited and saved on shipping, but these don't show up on their release schedule. I guess I should hold my breath until all five are out before ordering, but I'm concerned they'll stop selling the earlier ones by the time the later ones are out.

I agree Captain, I was going to wait and order all at once but I am afraid these will sell out before the last ones are issued. Originally they said they would mint 1.4 million of each, so if that is still the case they should sell out each issue.

Meh, I went back and forth about whether to order a roll or two.
I guess my concern is that all 1.4 million are going in small quantities to people collecting them. They aren't a PM so with 1.4 million MS quarters out there how much are they really going to appreciate. I think maybe I'll just pick up a few of each on the secondary market. I'm still new to all this so maybe I'm way off on my line of thinking...

I thought that the 1.4 million mintage limit was lifted and if the actual number that sells is above that, they will mint to demand. --Let me get back to you with this. Also, I read earlier on the mint website that the El Yunque quarters will be available for one full year after the release date.
US Mint website says that there are no limits to production

I found one a few days ago in circulation, very nice looking coin, wouldn't mind picking up a roll myself. The whole America the Beautiful line is really nice.

They will just backorder once the Mint sells out of the initial 1.4M mintage and run smaller quantities as minted to "demand." Really smart marketing strategy than minting a ton of coins no one wants or need like they did in 2011. As far as offering them for an entire year after release, this has been true of the P/D bags and rolls, which can be taken from the stockpile reserved for the Feds. and made up into additional bags and rolls, if needed. Not sure if this can be done with the S quarters as they're supposedly NIFC and 2012 dated-quarters cannot be minted in 2013. Personally, I'd get a roll of each FIRST-RUN S mint issue. Acadia should be ready for sale by early August.

If they keep up the quality shown with the El Yunques, I will be happy.

Quote: If they keep up the quality shown with the El Yunques, I will be happy. I agree. Broke open a roll of these today and was surprised at how nice all coins in the roll are. Not as banged up as I expected. S Mint coins are far better than what I have seen in the P & D rolls.

Whoa.. Is it sad that the whole "NIFC-San-Francisco-quarters" idea is new to me? lol
