Copy and paste below from this informed seller....

The mysterious logo of Silvermat ingot composes of a fleur-de-lis on top of a big letter ‘S'. fleur-de-lis is a stylized lily flower that has beautiful yellow color and six petals arranged in a special way, very different from ordinary lily flowers. In ancient time, fleur-de-lis grew around the river named Luts in the Netherlands where the French lived for a long time. They have since intimately associated with French culture. The big ‘S' under fleur-de-lis is, of course, the first letter of ‘Silvermat'.

Silvermat is listed on page 181 of Indexed Guide Book of Silver Art Bars, 5th edition, by Archie Kidd. The book says the ingots were made in 1986. The book only lists one type of Silvermat. However, over the years 5 different variations have been seen.

Some variations mark 1 troy oz, then the ingot must weigh 1 troy oz or slightly more. Some variations do not mark the weight. Then you would expect the weight is not guaranteed 1 troy oz -- the weight could be slightly less than 1 troy oz.

Silvermat? Sounds like a place that sells silver coins and bars from vending machines!
