Beware of ebay member numisfair. He has left dozens of negative feedbacks for seemingly little or no reason.

Can you give more explanation as to why the buyer is bad?

That guy just seems angry at the world.

Quote:I believe I made that clear in my first post. http://toolhaus.org/cgi-bin/negs?Us...;by&ref=homeI've blocked him. You, of course, are free to do as you please. Ahh, no, you didn't. You stated to beware of him for negative feedback for no reason. We are to take your word on this? How do we know you're not one of the sellers that is mad potentially for no reason? Including the link in your follow up post is what was needed in the first post. No reason for others to have to confirm your comments by doing research themselves. You gave the warning, you show the proof.

Hello Senex. You didn't violate any rules. And I agree with you about this buyer for sure. My comment was more towards calling them out and not providing the details validating your claim. The other members reading this shouldn't have to go onto toolhaus and verify your info. You brought it up, you should provide the proof, that's all. Good catch by the way.

I'm glad to see this forum is friendly toward warning its members about potentially bad ebay buyers. Your point about providing the links/proof is well taken, however. This particular person only came to my attention when I was perusing the FB of the seller on an auction I thought I may bid on otherwise he would never have hit my radar.

I know I certainly appreciate getting a heads up about bad buyers ad do many other on the forum. Helps save us all a lot of time and trouble especially with a buyer that constantly claims things are broken, not as pictured or never showed up.
Thanks senex

Here's a loser that should be banned by all filed claim for item not received it and the coins are sitting at the postal station near his home since july 30 they were shipped from Canada july 22. Now I have to see if ebay is going to accept his claim for $400. This is the last email he sent.. Block him and save yourself the headaches!! atochaworld block him I did not order a package to be delivered to the Post Office. I ordered it for home delivery. I am not near the post office and will not go in thjere and wait in line to pick anythign up, even if they have it! This is Miami, its an hour wait or more. I live in a condo. There is someone here to sign for packages from 8:00am to 5:00pm. This was not a delay caused by me. This should have been sent through a better EXPEDITED SHIPPING method than what you chose. Not only has it been almost 3 weeks it is now eveidently at the Post Office. I am sorry- this is not an issue for me to address any longer. I do not want it.

Tell him when the coins are back in your possession he can have his money back minus the cost of shipping. Get in touch with ebay right away. I had the same thing happen to me. Its one of the few times they side with the seller as its someones own responsibility to pick up their stuff from the post office

Already in the process he filed the claim to get money back I used ebay shipping like I was supposed to. Just worried ebay will side with buyer and give money back then guy will go to post office and pick the coins up before they are sent back to me for not being delivered.

Just let ebay know you plan to give him a refund for the price of the item but are going to wait until the coins are returned to you to make sure that doesn't happen. The more you communicate with them the less likely they are to do something like that. I would actually call ebay too and speak with someone as well as email. I honestly cant stand people like that guy that think theyre too important to pick up their own mail.

I am not near the post office and will not go in thjere and wait in line to pick anythign up, even if they have it! Unbelievable! A classic example of how a buyer can become a total nightmare, yet ebay will only allow a positive feedback should you decide to leave any. Did that email come to you through ebay? If so, ebay will be able to view all emails sent back and forth between you and this scum-of-a-buyer. I can't imagine ebay forcing a refund until you get the item returned to you. It's not like this is a lost item. He has certainly earned a place on my Blocked Bidder List. Thanks for the heads up, elkslayer132. Keep us posted on what happens with this.
