It is about 23 mm and plain edge.

I.S. has stood for Information Systems. (I.S. shown on globe with Latitude Lines) flipside EEB maybe a company abrebivated name, company logo is (communication company, computer company, transportation company etc ?) but why a token? Advertising? Use in Company Coffee machine ? Award for job well done ? Company Bathroom token ?

Any chance of getting a closeup of the two little "mintmarks" below the IEEB symbol? I'm only asking because they remind me of the "privy marks" on Dutch coins, and I'm wondering if it might have been struck by the Dutch mint.
