MS-63 or 64, I've seen some like this graded MS-65 by PCGS. I think it is 63/64.

Me like. The hits are relatively few, but prominent enough to make me uncomfortable going over 63 for it. Let me know if there's a dash of any sort under the second 8 in the date.

unfortunately no dashes was hoping for a hit 40 as well....does have some interesting die cracks on it though
