I'm new to this site, and was looking around any seen your post on the coin your trying to get info on.
I may have found it in 2010 standard catalog of world coins 1901-2003 37th edition page 376. I'm not 100% sure but maybe it will give you a start.

China- General Issue- no mint mark 10 Cash 1907 (Cyclical date) Y 10k.5- 4 dots on reverse.
