This is a 1 Duit coin from Overyssel, a province in northeastern Netherlands whose name means "beyond the Issel", a tributary of the Rhine River. The coin should be worth between $15 and $20 in the condition it's in.
The scarcer variety is the one without a crane mint mark on the reverse (above 'OVER'). Those are worth over $30. However, your coin is too worn too see whether or not it has the crane.
The crane should be over the "VE" in between 2 of those flowers. From the pics, it looks like the details have completely worn off but perhaps if you look closely in good lighting you can maybe spot a faint outline of the crane.
