Double J I'm in the same boat as you. I live in a rural town. No coin shops or collectors. The good thing is that being a small town you get to know people. I started just by asking for rolls for searching. The more I went in the more curious they became. They asked what I was doing and I told them I collected coins. At that point I was looking for pennies and nickels. It has now got to the point where if any old bills, 50 cent, dollar coins come in they call me. They asked for a list of what I was looking for so I gave them a basic one. They also order me weekly boxes of pennies. I try to thank them with candy and flowers but I try to be careful with how much info I give them. I don't want them to start taking the goodies. They are a slower bank so they are bored.
