This 1985 D Lincoln Penny very noticeably appears to have a double 'D' mintmark. I have not found any known recorded errors of this kind for this year. Any information would be helpful, along with value?

Absent a bigger photo, best guess would be zinc rot due to a plating breach. That is quite common on 1980s-era Zincoln mintmarks.

Looks like split plating or zinc rot from here, but I can't tell from the photos provided.
