Hi all...sorry I've been away. A new Chef position has kept me from posting, and pretty much put my collecting on hold for the last 3 months.

I have an opportunity to get myself a 1927 Royal Bank of Canada $20 note and was wondering what one would be worth in maybe F to VF condition. My Charltons does not cover Bank currency, only government issue.

Thanks in advance for your time and hopefully, in Arnold's words, I'll be back!

Thanks

Depends on the signature variety. In F&VF, Wilson signature, your looking at $225 &$325. F & VF for Neil sig. your looking at $800 & $1350. The signature your looking for is on the left. This information is from the 7th edition Charlton Canadian Bank Notes.

Thanks for the info, tfred, much obliged. I never anticipated getting into bank notes but they sure are pretty.
