1960 D Small Date Penny?

I'm going to post 2 1960 smalls soon also for verification. Tests would include (1 and 9 even at top, top of 6 recessed to the left and small 0. You can really see when you line up both large and small 1960's. Looks like it to me - what do you experts think?

I look for the top of the 9 being just under the top of the 1 and the holes in the 9 and the 6 being nearly even. So I would say this definitely a small date.

Yes, it is a small date.

Notice that the top of the "9" is even with the top of the "1". On the large date the nine is higher than the one.

The two points of the "6" match up on the small date.
On the large date they go past each other.

That's it but don't get too excited. It has no premium value. That 1960 SD is the better one.
