Moe has allowed me to guest-host this one!

The stated rules are the same:

==================================================

Try this one, all you code-breakers!!

This is a quote from the early 1950s.

Feel free to ask questions concerning the encryption method, the quoter, or any information you may find useful.

I will give hints periodically, if needed!!

You must have 50 quality posts in order to win this contest.

You may guess as many times as you wish, but the winning guesser must have the complete quote and the quoter in his/her answer.

================================================

The unstated rules are also the same (i.e. I can just flat out IGNORE a question if I want to - just like Moe does from time to time).

The prize requires a backstory:

I became interested in the code breaking a few times back when Moe was giving away a '76 Type II Ike. I thought I needed it because I collect uncirculated mint sets and the additional coins needed to round out those sets. I wanted to be sure to have '76 P&D Type I and Type II Ikes, so I acquired them and sealed them in Saflips.

Code-Breaker-Contest-#6!!

After placing them in the mint set album I noticed something: The 1975 mint set has 1976 Type I Ikes and the 1976 mint set has Type II Ikes. I already had all the Ikes! So now I realize I don't need these, so the prize is two Ikes: 1976 P&D Type I (top row of image). Perhaps I'll give away the Type II Ikes in a later contest!

I also won a slabbed Franklin half I don't need, so I have that listed for trade. Hopefully it can find a good home. See https://goccf.com/t/124592

Now for the code:

039 116 120 123
104 038 117 122
038 127 107 116
117 083 038 064
121 111 038 122
111 038 107 120
107 078

Bonne chance!

The code could have been written on one line and be exactly the same:

039 116 120 123 104 038 117 122 038 127 107 116 117 083 038 064 121 111 038 122 111 038 107 120 107 078

Line breaks are for reader convenience only. EDIT: To be more direct - no, each line is not a word.

The prize is the P&D Type I Ikes at the top. The Type II Ikes will be given away in a later contest, but good luck!

Sorry! That isn't it, and you do have to explain the code, just like Moe required in the previous contests.

Did you use the Rocky Horror Picture Show lips for a reason, or were you just looking for a lips/bite clue?
