Sorry, Po. Two coins. The upper is an Isle of Man release from 2010 and the lower is called an Amero, a fantasy coin envisioned by the creator as the unofficial coinage of a putative future North American Union similar to the EU. Conspiracy theorists popped blood vessels when the "coin" first hit the internet. I believe Alex Jones might have been one of the parties who spread the rumor that the Amero had been minted in secret by the United States government and the news would soon break that the US was on the precipice of joining with Mexico and Canada. The fringe element used the Amero as "proof" of the pending merger. The radio program, Coast to Coast with Art Bell covered it extensively, I've heard.

I think Traevin has one of the most fanciest silver collections I've ever seen. Nothing like my clunky obese silver bars.....nice shots

I like that isle of man one. I've got to start looking outside the box of common silver.

Quote: The Angels in the Bible are all male. Quote: I thought angels were all sexless The coin is supposed to represent the Archangel Michael. Even though the few angels mentioned in the bible all have male names, there is one passage in Zechariah that hints at female angels, but doesn't specifically name them as such: Zechariah 5:9-11: "Then I raised my eyes and looked, and there were two women, coming with the wind in their wings; for they had wings like the wings of a stork, and they lifted up the basket between earth and heaven. So I said to the angel who talked with me, "Where are they carrying the basket?" And he said to me, "To build a house for it in the land of Shinar; when it is ready, the basket will be set there on its base." Also, in Genesis, there is mention of the "sons of god" descending to earth in antediluvian times and mating with women, begetting the race of giants, (AKA the Nephilim). Theologians assume the writer was speaking of fallen angels, those who fell from grace after Lucifer's failed rebellion. Quote: I think Traevin has one of the most fanciest silver collections I've ever seen. Nothing like my clunky obese silver bars. Thanks, Trip. I think you'd balk at the prices I've had to pay for these fancy silver coins and rounds. Sometimes I wish I'd just stuck with bullion like more sensible members.

Quote: I thought angels were all sexless That would be my opinion as well. What need for a sex would angels have? It is more likely than not that they would be complete creatures and not 1/2 creatures such as we individuals are here on Earth.

Those are cool coins. Maybe I will get lucky and someone will roll some of them up with a bunch of halves for me to find when roll hunting.

Always liked that Angel of the Gods coin in gold form, before these new silver versions. Nice, and great to know they are minting them in silver now....
