This is my dad's coin and has been sitting in a safe deposit box. I am new to this series so I was hoping for opinions.

Well 3 opinons counting mine and all 3 are different.
From what I see MS-63. I think your Dad saved a very nice Morgan dollar.

Agree with upstate. You need to get the white balance issue corrected with your camera. Check out the forums coin photo section for some tips. Maybe some different lights would help.

MS is possible but I am leaning more towards AU-58+. It just looks like there is just the slightest amount of friction on the face and fields.
