well I don't think mm "D" is PMD, looks like sliding.
die wear on bottom chin?
lincoln in memorial might be PMD, die wear or die chip, can see legs.

die crack in "AMERICA" starting at to of "E" going through bottom of last "A".
pics at different angles with micro scope.
