I noticed this guy has great feedback, and he sells many beautiful coins very cheaply ...

1 neg. feedback, someone complaining of cleaning, which makes me wonder if all of his coins are cleaned ...

Anyone have any experience with this guy they can share?

I dont like the fact that he is hyping auctions as "tough date", "rare", etc. and starts quoting MS65 and MS67 prices for borderline MS/AU(or lower) coins yet he refuses to grade the coins himself.

Also, no returns allowed and he ships for $1. I dont see that as a bargain, I see that as getting a coin in a flip that arrives in an envelope with a first class 39 cent stamp and no packing material or delivery confirmation

On the bright side, it doesn't seem like too many people are overbidding because of the hype.

This guy is actually straight forward in describing his coins (and he posts good pictures). Take this auction for example:

http://cgi.ebay.com/SUPERB-1896-MOR...00_W0QQitemZ180092655999QQihZ008QQcategoryZ39465QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

He admits to tape residue on the coin when neglecting to do so could easily increase his profits. I guess this creative salemanship is shrewd, but not unethical.
