I just picked up an upgrade on my 7070 Barber quarter and wanted to see how the opinions of the CCF compare to what PCGS thought of it.

This one is going to replace my 1900-P ANACS XF-40 Details (cleaned) Type III (unattributed).

Thank you for your time and opinions!

I hesitate to offer a comment, but here it is:
The luster does not fit the detail visible. If it is in a PCGS holder then it has not been cleaned.
Denver was, to my knowledge, not known for weak strikes.
Bottom line, I only posted this to track the topic and I await your reveal.
I WANT to say a very nice VF-35, among the last strikes before the die was replaced.
If I am correct, PCGS gave it an EF-40.

please please please never hesitate to offer an additional point of view. We discuss things here and it does nobody any good to have a hive mind mentality.

As long as we keep things constructive and civil that is.

I would say that you all did pretty well, +/- 5, which is no big surprise!

To Namachieli,
I have grown to have a fondness for "Hate to Wait!" and I did not
want to hurt his/her feelings.
But if you want my REAL opinion: I would have waited until a better example appeared.
All depends upon if "Hate" likes the coin. If so, my opinion means nothing.

I took on a part time job to finance my "habit". And I am about to list some items on ebay too.
