Has anyone here ever found Loomis armoured car services rolls?
In a box from the bank I found 7 rolls,machine bound at both ends ,all 1979 coins. They appear to not be mint but are very new looking, could these have been sorted by date and cleaned? PS I checked one roll for doubling and found about 10 79 and 1 979.

I have no idea why, but when I roll hunt pennies I also seem to find a lot more good looking 1979 pennies than other pennies years of similar age.

I would say that many 70's beat all the 80'S for some reason.Seems like a lot stronger strike and maybe a protective coating apllied to the coins.
