What do you think PCGS gave this one? Edited by Canadian-Banknotes 08/15/2012 10:46 pm

The toning on this one makes it a bit trickier to grade. I will guess it was graded as a MS-64.

I am very bad at grading toned coins. MS 63?

I don't see much going on under all that tone. I'll toss in an MS65. Nice Morgan.

I'm seeing a bunch of finger prints, so 61-62?

The toning makes it difficult to see the detail in the pictures. I'm going w/ MS-62

My work server disallows Image-shack...I'll have to wait until I get to the house.

I will reveal the grade later tonight, after a few more guesses.

I would say it has MS-65 surfaces but I do not like the fingerprints. Hence, I think they would drop it one technical grade down to MS-64

Without being able to turn the coin in the light to check surfaces, almost impossible to grade from the photo. The toning could be hiding some surface marks. But all we get is the photo so my "guess" would be MS-66 even with the hair above the ear being a bit flat.

PCGS Said MS-64
I agree with you fenton, I think the technical grade on the coins is MS-65, however the fingerprints lowered the grade to a 64.
