Can you guys help determine if these coins are fake?
They are both about the size of a silver dollar.

The two Chinese dollars appear to be fake. The Panamanian piece looks genuine.

I concurr. The first two are commonly counterfeited and their strikes look mushy so I'd hazard to guess they're fake. The third could certainly be real.

Pretty sure that the two Chinese coins are counterfeit. Have you tried the magnet test on the 2nd one?
