For the record I posted this and another request for help to another site and you could hear the crickets chirping for 3 days straight lol. So REALLY glad there is an active community here!

I think I've decided I wanna collect these as I find them interesting like this and cool lookin to boot. I found another decent condition one of a few years later in the same 10 pounds of coins so I am going to work on that one next. Wanna see what kind of research I can do on my own having learned from this before I bug you guys for help again hehe.
