Strange Shinyness On Pennies?

Sorry for bad pictures, there are to show the idea, and since it's not for grading, I figured someone would know what this comes from. The coins have a certain shiny feature to them. The 2000 penny is quite mirror like, I can see my face in it, not all details obviously, but if I look at it and turn it, I can tell when my face is coming into view, etc. The 1943 may have been restruck, as I have heard that some were restruck. The 1986 has that shiny feature too, that reddish color that seems unnatural, and the fields have a certain pattern on them. I think I'll definitely need better pictures, but if you can get a good view from these, then I can add more later.

They appear to be plated. The 43 steel cents are notorious for that being done to them. The others were most likely a project on plating from school.

K, thanks. I figured something had to be messed up about the 1943s, but wasn't sure about the 1986 and the 2000.
